Return policy

1You have 14 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.
2Login and go to orders. Select the number of items you wish to return.
3Submit the return request.
  • Login and go to orders then order details and click on the "request a return or a refund" of the item(s) you wish to return Select the number of items you wish to return, the reason of the return and give us more details to help us identify the issue with the product.

    • You can apply for a return within 14 days of order delivery for damaged/defective/wrong product or any other reasons.
    • Return request will be reviewed by Vedross.
    • If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
    • After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
    • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Refund is initiated.

  • There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

    • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
    • Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
    • Specific categories, lingerie, underwear, socks and perfumes.
    • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
    • Fragile items, hygiene related items.

  • No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return certain product(s).

  • We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it,

  • Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return.

  • You will receive an email from us within 24-48 Hours of Pickup, along with the Tracking details. You can also track the status of your return request at ‘orders’.
