  • Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:

    • When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Seller/ before delivery.
    • If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order.
    • If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Refunds will be made with the original payment method or store credit, we do not refund cash.

    in the case of cash on delivery.

    • Store credit ( wallet).
    • Your E-wallet.
    • Your bank account.
    • Instapay account.

  • After the procedures for a refund, we will notify you via your email.

  • The refund in case of COD shall be done as a credit in your wallet to your registered account. You can use these credit to purchase anything on or have them credited back to your bank account or E-wallet.

    • Making a purchase less than or equal to the available Wallet credit: If the total amount of your new purchase including the shipping charges is less than or equal to your available balance, the system will advise you that there is a balance in your wallet. You will then need to click on "Use Wallet" and the amount for your new purchase will be deducted from your available balance.
  • No, you don't need to pay anything to the courier representative, you can return an item for free within 14 days from delivery date, whereby covers all the shipping charges.
