1. When do you process a Refund?
 Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:

  • When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/Seller/Vedross.com before delivery.
  • If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order.
  • If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. If my refund gets validated, How will I get my Refund?

- Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or gift certificate, We don't refund in Cash.

3. How can I track the status of my Refund?
- After the procedures for a refund, you will find the refunded amount in your Vedross.com account or contact customer service to request the transfer of the refund amount to your bank account or E-wallet.

4. Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
- No, you don't need to pay anything to the courier representative, you can return an item for free within 14 days from delivery date, and 30 days for defective items, whereby Vedross.com covers all the shipping charges.
